AI strategy consulting
Not every problem needs a neural network. We audit your operations, identify where machine learning will genuinely save money or time, and write a roadmap with realistic timelines. The audit usually runs two weeks and costs a fixed fee agreed in advance.
A small team, deliberately
We are six engineers and two project managers based in Wales. Everyone on the technical side has at least five years of hands-on experience with production ML systems, not just academic prototypes.
Because the team is small, the person who scopes your project is also the person who writes the training pipeline. That removes the "lost in translation" problem that plagues larger consultancies, where a sales team promises things the engineers have never discussed.
We work with Python, PyTorch and TensorFlow for model development, and deploy on AWS, Azure or on-premises depending on your data-residency requirements. If you already have a data team, we are happy to pair-programme rather than build in isolation.
